I have no idea why but when I go to websites like canyouseeme.org it just reports "Error: I could not see your service on 188.8.131.52 on port (25565) Reason: Connection timed out" I've tried everything from disabling all firewalls (router and computer) to making multiple ports forwards (one for TCP and one for UDP) to disable UPnP.

I searched through my Program Files to try find other anti-virus' that may be blocking it also and I did find Mcaffe(an old AV I had, expired) and I deleted that then. It is still not working. I got a friend to set my IP as static.

Ports for client-to-site system communication over HTTP or HTTPS can be changed during setup or in the site properties for your Configuration Manager site.
